Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 2022Please read the following outlined Terms of Service, by commissioning me you are acknowledging and accepting the following terms. Failure to follow these terms will result in being blacklisted.General
• I will draw humanoids, furries, and fanart.
• I will not draw nudity, NSFW, or artwork that could be interpreted as hateful or offensive.
• I have the right to refuse any request without explanation.
• All commissions are for personal use only, if the client is interested in using any of my work for commercial purposes it must be discussed beforehand.
• Unless agreed upon, I have the right to use and share my work online and for portfolio purposes.

• In order to ask about a commission, potential clients may dm me on Twitter.
• Before starting any commission I require 50% of the payment upfront, the client can also opt to pay in full. Payments can be made on Paypal or Venmo.
• Once a sketch is completed it will be shared with the client and the client will be able to request any changes. Large changes may incur an additional fee.
• After the sketch is approved, any additional changes or requests that are not my fault (for example the client forgetting a design element) will incur an additional fee.
• When completed, the full resolution artwork will be sent to the client once the commission has been paid off in full.Timeline and Deadlines
• Deadlines may be requested but not always granted. Please be sure to discuss any deadlines before payment. Completion times will vary depending on the size of my queue and time of the year, but will generally fall between a week to one month.Refunds
• Under normal circumstances all commissions are assumed to be final. Please be sure before commissioning me.
• Under exceptional circumstances a refund will be given based on an approximate amount of work that has been completed.
• I will never make a refund for a finished piece.Client Expectations
• As mentioned in the “General” section, all commissions are for personal use only. In order to purchase commercial rights, the client must receive a quote from me.
• Examples of personal use are social media banners, profile pictures, and printing it for yourself.
• The client is allowed to crop, resize or make small adjustments to my work in order to use it for the aforementioned personal use
• The client is not allowed to make large modifications or remove my signature.
• Wherever my work is used there must be clear credit and/or a link back to me.
• The client will not resell my work without my knowledge and permission.
